Hillcrest Villas

Like Spanish and Italian hillside villages these three houses follow natural contours. They make a small footprint on the land. Each has a subterranean garage which shares concrete retaining walls with it's neighbor. Hydronic systems in the concrete floors heat the houses. The glass walls open for cooling and ventilation. Other sustainable systems include low voltage lighting, photovoltaic panels, green roof systems and recyclable materials. Deck side viewing from the balconies offer breath taking views over Sonoma Valley to Mt. Tamalpais.
