Japantown PLaza

A visionary public and private plaza structure built over multi-story underground parking garages located in San Francisco, California. Our destructive testing and water testing protocol proved that claims of extensive water intrusion originated from deficiencies found in the previous design and construction, not as a result of our client’s recent remodeling and repair efforts as alleged by the City of San Francisco. Our documentation, scope of work, and cost estimates provided the information necessary for all parties, including the City of San Francisco, to reach a mediated settlement agreement.
