Portsmouth Square, a public works project located in the Chinatown district of San Francisco, California, is a senior facility that was constructed over a multi-story underground parking garage and under a concrete pedestrian bridge that spans over Kearney Street. Thomas Anderson & Co. responded to the Plaintiff’s report, performing destructive testing and analysis to clearly and concisely determine the failures contributing towards water intrusion into the complex structure.
