Napa Valley Club is a 130-unit townhome complex located in Napa, California. Post-litigation repair work was performed at the project by a repair specialty contractor, who was met with a lawsuit after performing the work. Thomas Anderson & Co. performed destructive testing, extensive site observation, documentation, and carefully delineated repair locations from pre-existing condition locations.
