Parkside Village is a 20-unit condominium development located in Hayward, California. Thomas Anderson & Co. provided investigation and analysis of waterproofing elements that had compromised the building shell. Additionally, we provided a scope of work and cost estimate for the repair to negotiate a settlement agreement between multiple parties during litigation proceedings.
